Woman who accused Cebu cops of illegal detention and rape gunned down

Ritchie Nepomuceno, who had earlier accused Cebu cops of extortion and named one of them as having raped her, was shot dead in Cebu City on April 20, 2021. Hours later, the cop she accused of raping her was also found dead.
